REHABILITATIVE CARE

IN-PATIENT THERAPY OUT-PATIENT THERAPY

In-Patient Therapy

Treatments can be up to seven days a week with one or two visits per day. Each treatment lasts 30 to 60 minutes. However, frequency and length of therapy sessions varies depending upon your needs.

You will meet with a team consisting of your nurse, social worker, therapist, dietian, and activity coordinator to determine your therapy goals and the anticipated length of your stay.

Upon returning home, your therapist will do a home walk-though to evaluate safety hazzards. They will make recommendations and provide you with resources to make your transition home safe and successful.

Our patient rooms (both private and semi-private) are located within our specialized rehab unit between the therapy and nursing areas to better meet your needs. Enjoy easy access to outdoor patio areas along with three balanced meals daily and several recreational activities.

Out-Patient Therapy

Out-patients are typically those who have a specific need that requires therapy but are able to care for themselves at home.

A physician’s prescription is needed to schedule treatment.

Therapy treatments are typically two to three days a week for one hour each visit.
